ASI offers a complete line of video microscopes to fit a number of applications. Our VM-2000 µ-Inspector unit is a precision 160 mm tube length microscope. The basic unit is mounted onto one of our precision linear stages to provide sub-micron (< 100 nm ) focusing resolutions.
The VM-2000-XYZ adds one of our precision XY stages for automated control of the sample in the XY coordinates.
The MT-2000 XYZ-Theta continues by adding a rotary stage on top of the XY stage, plus, it can be configured with a fifth axis that controls a motorized zoom.
The GTS-series Gantry Translation Stages mount a video microscope on an overhead gantry capable of Y- and Z-axis movement over a platform that performs X-axis movement. Again, motorized zoom is optional.
Our DigBuster Thin-Film Inspection System automatically flags potential defects like scratches and digs. Flagged objects of interest on color-coded maps are displayed for review and notation by an expert technician or engineer.
Our Modular Infinity Microscope offers a flexible solution for specialized applications. The MIM can be incorporated into the Rapid Automated Modular Microscope (RAMM) system.
