ASI doesn't have any official support for MATLAB. However you can use MATLAB by sending serial commands to ASI controllers. See our Quick Start on Serial Commands page.

ASI officially supports Micro-Manager which can be accessed via Matlab. Micro-Manager provides a uniform API to control many microscopy devices. See https://micro-manager.org/wiki/Matlab_Configuration for information. (Note that ASI doesn't officially support the Matlab interface, just Micro-Manager itself).
