You can still use MATLAB by sending serial commands to our controllers. See our Quick Start on Serial Commands page.

You can utilize Micro-Manager through Matlab. Micro-Manager provides a uniform API to control many microscopy devices and ASI's controllers are very well supported. See https://micro-manager.org/wiki/Matlab_Configuration.
